Ngarrindjeri came to prominence in 1990s with the Hindmarsh Island Bridge affair. Labelled 'liars' in 1995 by a South Australian Royal Commission then vindicated in the Federal Court in 2001 as 'truth-tellers', these Ngarrindjeri miminar have much to be angry about.
